Concrete Surfaces                                      

A concrete overlay is a great way to provide a facelift to unslightly and weathered concrete deck, sidewalk or patio area's without the expense of removing and replacing the concrete. 

Properly applied, concrete overlays are stronger then the normal concrete surface and can provide years of enjoyment.                             

Crazing, blistering, surface scaling or honeycombing of the concrete can almost always be traced to any number of issues with regards to mixing, placing, finishing and curing of the concrete. Extreme temperatures also have an adverse effect on concrete surfaces.

Cool Deck Overlay Systems

Cool Deck Products are used to significantly lower the surface temperature of concrete surfaces, making them much more comfortable, and provide a beautiful surface for swimming pool decks, walkways, patios & virtually any foot traffic area. Once applied it generates a colored, textured cement surface that is as strong as the base concrete. Cool Deck surfaces provide the following advantages:

·         Withstands thermal expansion and contraction better than concrete due to the elastomeric properties which allow movement caused by temperature change.

·         Requires minimum cleaning.  When necessary, wash with soap and water to keep the surface looking great.

·         Environmentally Safe.
